[Working] Scrollable Area: Demo and Scripts

This asset was inspired in one of the videos posted by GravityShift Games on their YouTube channel, using the same project structure and examples, slightly modified to provide a more-interactive experience with elements inside and setting it to be drawn on a surface that allows:

•  Transparency.
• Custom positioning, sizing and bordering.
• Surface modifications such as scale, color and alpha channel.
• Customizable mouse wheel behavior.
• Simple and working UI, scrollbar. Mouse draggable. Completely modifiable.

We hope this assets helps out GameMakers to not have to reinvent the wheel when making this kind of UI :)
